The Sport-Thieme free-standing punchbag is available in 2 versions: “Basic” and “Flex”. The difference between the two versions is the “Flex” version has a spring in the base, which makes it even more flexible. The boxing trainer is 195 cm high, allowing taller people to train. It weighs 8 kg unfilled which makes it easier to move. The cylinder must be filled with sand or water in order to withstand the hardest punches. Very practical: no need to attach it to the ceiling or wall – unpack the equipment, fill the base and your workout can begin.
