Recommendations:

• 35 kg / 77 lbs: beginners or people between 55-75 kg. Also for advanced athletes
• 48 kg / 105 lbs: advanced athletes and people between 75-100 kg
• 68 kg / 150 lbs: top athletes above 84 kg
