The Togu Brasil Base Plus for effective full-body training
The Brasil Base Plus combines the advantages of a balance trainer and therapy disc: you’ll definitely place demands on the core muscles with this training device in short training sessions. The hemispherical, air-filled ball cushion on the upper side provides a dynamic effect that requires the body to react with compensatory movements – placing demands on nearly all of the body’s muscle groups. You can used both sides of the balance trainer. Training with it is particularly joint-friendly as it is filled with air. The Togu Brasil Base Plus strengthens muscles in the foot, knee and hip joints, as well as the back muscles. The non-slip material guarantees a firm hold, even on smooth floors.
